First of all you NEED Windows 7 to do so. Cause Windows 7 has Snipping Tool implemented in it.
We have all encountered problems like “I only want to screen cap this thing only” but don’t want to use Print Screen method, cause it needs to be cropped and so on.
Windows 7 has a fix for our problem you can use :
- Free form snip
- Rectangular snip
- Window snip
- Full-screen snip
And later save the screen caption as you want like .jpg or .png
So first steps.
1. Open up Start Menu and type in “Snipping Tool” click on it to open
2. Snipping tool opens and then select under the arrow down next to “New” what you would want to use from the four selections, after that take your caption and save it.
